Designed specifically for our Sophomore through Graduate Student population, Alpine offers fun programming designed to help you meet your neighbors, succeed in school, and move on to life after UCCS.

The residential buildings at Alpine Village Apartments include:

- Crestone (contains the laundry room)
- Shavano

FLOORPLANS
Alpine Valley Apartments housing includes parking, access to the recreation center, laundry facilities, internet, and utilities. Fall 2026 rates will be finalized in June 2026. The rates provided on this listing are the proposed rates for Fall 2026 and are pending Regent approval.

FURNITURE
All apartments are furnished with a basic furniture package, as well as a full kitchen that includes a refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Each bedroom includes an extra-long twin bed, a desk with a chair, and a dresser. The shared common room features a sofa, a chair, a dining room table with chairs, and an end table.
