In total is a 4 Bedroom home with an office space, currently have 2 Bedrooms still open.
Utilities are all included in rent.
Internet to be discussed with tenants on Move-In. Pet-Friendly.
About... 15 minute drive from campus so transportation is necessary.
No smoking on the property.
Guests are allowed as long as it is discussed with other tenants, and nothing all too loud late at night in compliance with HOA.
Housing is currently lived in, but come end of June property will be open and cleaned.
Rooms can be re-painted or decorated however you wish, especially including my sister's hot pink bedroom.
