Roommate Needed to Share AWESOME 5-BR/3 BA House with AWESOME roommates! Utilities included!

The available bedroom (with the double closet) is $850/month and will be available by August 31st, 2025. Current roommates: 1-girl (Nursing major) and 3-boys (Physical Therapy, Nursing and Biology majors) Rent INCLUDES all utilities (electric, gas,... water, wastewater, garbage, recycling, and 24/7 MONITORED security system...Vivint). I know our house 🏡 looks like "plain Jane" on the outside, the inside is AWESOME! 🤗. If you are looking for a party house, we are NOT that. We all work and care about our academics.
This house is 1-mile from UCCS campus, and has its own private park with punch key access across the street! Two-car garage, two spaces in the driveway, and tons of parking, including on the street. If you have furniture of your own for your room, we can work on storing what the room comes with (though the Saatva Memory Foam bed is really comfy)! We are all pretty serious about our studies 📚, but we do have lives outside school🤣. We are all pretty clean (meaning we clean up after ourselves... especially in the kitchen 👩🏼‍🍳), and share the household chores (sweeping, vacuuming, and taking out the trash)😜. We recently got a "furbaby"...a kitten and named her Honey 🐈. She is cute and litter-box trained. Another one of our roommates has a service dog in training.
The house comes FULLY FURNISHED with ALL utilities (electric, gas, water, wastewater, garbage, recycling, and 24/7 monitored security system), Central A/C and Heat, and high-speed WI-FI is included in the rent. The house is 2545 sq feet, 5-bedrooms (Full-size beds), 3-FULL bathrooms, front-loading washer and dryer, high ceilings on the main floor, and a HUGE finished basement recreational room (with universal gym, elliptical, recumbent bike,TV, gaming console, recliner couch, game table...). The house has BRAND NEW flooring, NEW interior paint, STAINLESS STEEL appliances, GRANITE countertops, brand new fence &TONS and TONS of storage spaces. The landscape is still a work in progress😜. The front door has a keyless entry lock, monitored cameras for the perimeter of the house as well as alarms for the doors and windows (Vivint Security System) and new smoke and CO monitors throughout (and monitored by Vivint Security System).
